First of all, I will give you good news, if a common mole is removed completely, there is no way to grow back. However, in some cases, if some mole cells were left behind after the mole removal surgery, patients may experience the regrowth of a mole. But, don’t worry, regrowth moles aren’t a sign of cancer. Characteristic of a Cancerous Mole
